Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth flow of shipment, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents
• Prepare full set of export shipping documents - invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, marine insurance certificate, other industrial certificates
• Custom permit declarations for all export shipment and ensure compliance to all government requirements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that there is a good flow of information and updates
• Apply pre-shipment inspection when needed
• Coordinate shipment with local production and overseas suppliers
• Ensure compliance to customer's standard operating procedures
• Monitor payments accordingly to contractual payment term and company policy
