Export Customer Service Representative

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We are looking for an Export Customer Service Representative, 12 - months contract role, based in Bekasi.

Job Description :

1. Documentation Management: Prepare and review export/import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
2. Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipping processes, customs regulations, and product availability.
3. Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with customs officials and other regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
4. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays or discrepancies.
