Export Customer Services

We are looking for an experienced Export Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will manage export customer operations, handle LCL, FCL, and Air Freight shipments, prepare competitive pricing using shipping line spot rates, and manage online portals and shipping instructions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export customer service operations
• Handle LCL, FCL, and Air Freight shipments
• Prepare pricing and quotations using spot rates of shipping lines and airlines
• Submit and manage Shipping Instructions (SI) accurately and on time
• Handle bookings through shipping line, airline, and agent online portals
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal operations teams
• Track export shipments and provide regular updates to customers
• Ensure accuracy of export documentation and booking details
