JOB DETAILS

1) All export documentations related to pre and post shipments – especially handling LC documentation.


2) Managing export customers through correspondence for international market for documentation & International marketing.



3) Effective coordination of purchasing/customers in respect of shipments/documentation part.



4) Handling and scheduling complete export procedure from point of order receipt to material dispatch along with relevant documentation.



5) Strategize with team and follow ups with the vendors/CHA/customers for shipment & payments.



6) Strong negotiation skills with CHA & transport co. for best rates & service and should be able to meet deadlines/ target dates.



7) All export documents related to Export Benefits, License, Bank Correspondence , BRC, Excise, H forms, Focus and DGFT licenses (FMS, Drawback, SHIS).
