Export Execution Supervisor

The Export Execution Supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of commodity export contracts from overseas, ensuring smooth operational performance from post-fixture to final delivery. The role requires intensive daily coordination with the team in overseas.
Key Responsibilities Contract Execution & Operations Manage execution of export contracts (FOB, CIF, CFR) for: Crude/refined vegetable oils (bulk & flexitanks) and Oilseed meals (bulk & containerized) Oversee the full logistics chain from nomination to delivery, including vessel/container planning and shipment tracking Coordinate vessel operations: nominations, laycan management, loading schedules, and documentation flow Handle container shipments (flexitanks and standard), including stuffing, release, and depot coordination SAP & Systems Operations Execute and maintain all relevant transactions in SAP related to export execution (contracts, deliveries, shipments, billing, stock movements) Ensure accuracy and t...
