Job Description

We are looking for an Export Logistics Specialist to join our Export Logistics Team at our Vantaa site for a summer substitution from May 4 to September 30, 2026. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. You have a structured way of working, are able to make quick decisions, and perform well under pressure. We offer a diverse role in an innovative and international working environment.
What will you do?
Coordinating export shipments and deliveries
Monitoring orders and communicating shipment status to customers
Preparing export and shipping documentation
Providing shipment information and required documents to customers
Tracking deliveries and resolving delivery-related issues
Archiving export documentation
Reviewing sales freight invoices
