Export Manager

The
Export Manager
is responsible for the execution and compliance of all international food exports, ensuring that products move smoothly across borders while fully meeting food safety, organic, and trade documentation requirements.

This role owns export documentation, regulatory coordination, and customs readiness for global shipments, with particular focus on food safety systems, organic certifications, and accurate trade documentation. The Export Manager works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure shipments are correct, compliant, and on time, minimizing delays, rejections, or compliance risk.

International Export Execution

• Manage day-to-day execution of global exports for food and agricultural products.
• Prepare, review, and finalize all export documentation, including:
• Commercial invoices
• Packing lists
• Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Bills of lading / airway bills
