Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operations Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily export operations, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, producers, and clients. 
This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal work environment and can balance accuracy, initiative, and teamwork. 
Key Responsibilities 
Update daily exchange rates for USD, CAD, GBP, and EUR on QX 
File completed PLG packages and maintain accurate records 
Update shipment dates on QX using Producer Ally shipment reports 
Run Producer per setup report and notify Finance once updated
