RVS CARGO SERVICES INC. is seeking a skilled and experienced Export Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Binondo, Manila . As the Export Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and compliant export operations of our company, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of export shipments.

What you’ll be doing

1. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to secure space, negotiate rates, and resolve shipment issues.
2. Monitored export documentation processes (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients and regulatory authorities.
3. Implemented process improvements that reduced shipment delays, optimized cost efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
