Export Sales Administration

Fully support for Industrial & Export Business to manage the overall delivery operational for assigned countries. Associate with the marketing strategy & marketing direction of Industrial & Export Business to endeavor to achieve pre-set sales targets. It is also responsible for sales control of the varieties warehouse, deliveries, transportation of goods to customers, supply and demand control. Order handling management and product inventory management, shipment & product improvement studies will be involved from times to times and monitoring through weekly report preparation

Responsibilities and Authorities:

1. To support the Value Chain Project by studying the shipment lead time and costing.
2. To prepare monthly forecast based on the customer current sales trend.
3. To track and prepare export weekly sales estimation.
4. To participate PSI meeting to support the smooth supply-demand chain.
