Export Sales Assistant

Silver Top Trading is a company based out of Dubai and Toronto dealing in the wholesale import and export of branded FMCG products within Food, Beverages, Cosmetics, and Toiletries over the past 25+ years.

We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales assistant that wants to join a fast-growing import-export company within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter sales data, customer information, and other relevant data into databases or CRM systems.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Create invoices, sales orders and other documentation for customers.
• Create and follow up with purchase orders with suppliers.
• Upload and maintain accurate and organized digital records on Onedrive
