Export Sales

Principal Function:

1. Distributor Management: Closely communicate & build good relationship with distributors. Expand distribution of designated products by maximizing distributor performance to achieved company target sales & profit.
2. Establish and improve Area Marketing Strategy: Fully responsible for assigned in charged area such as marketing strategy and result of the sales performance, advertising, sales promotion, product profitability & etc.
3. Marketing Planning and Execution: In-charge of the product annual marketing plan, mid term plan and long term plan and secure the execution of Marketing Plan.
4. Support product /business development & improvement in assigned area: Responsible for providing effective support included new product development, improvements for existing products (concept, packaging structure, design, etc), cost down activities and etc.
