EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE

I. Job Description

• Identify and approach potential customers through international trade fairs, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba, B2B websites), social media, and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and finalize export contracts.
• Monitor and manage orders from contract signing to delivery and payment completion.
• Coordinate with internal departments to handle customer complaints and measure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales support team to resolve issues related to order progress, logistics, and documentation.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Economics, International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
