Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities
Process Purchase Orders upon receipt from customers into system, ensuring right pricing set-up and timely invoicing to customers
Track and monitor Accounts Receivables from Customers prior to shipment, maintain Statement of Accounts for each customers on weekly basis.
Update SAP system for portfolio changes – SKU Codes, Descriptions and customer mapping
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock allocation for export orders.
