Export Sales Order Management Senior analyst

Responsible for managing the export sales order compliance process. This includes tasks such as export license assignment and verification, ensure controls compliance.

Handle documentation processes checking and validating export documents, determining optimal documentation requirements.

When required, block the order for delivery or billing and responsible to follow up to remove delivery as appropriate when issue is resolved and liaise with the impacted stakeholders (e.g. Distribution)

Support Customs Declaration whether through the GTP SAP module or via customs brokers specially in case of issues to solve.

You will monitor the intercompany automation model to ensure its optimal execution through to the last billing entity, error detection and issues resolution.
