Export Seafreight Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage export transactions under our Seafreight Department. The role focuses on end-to-end export documentation, booking coordination, and system updates to ensure smooth shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export bookings and monitor transactions through the VMS platform.
• Coordinate with nominated carriers for vessel booking and space confirmation.
• Prepare and transmit Final Shipping Instructions (FSI) to carriers.
• Process Shipping Advice and ensure timely submission in the system.
• Generate shipment references and maintain accurate export records.
• Coordinate with CFS and transport teams for consolidation cargo handling.
• Update Import Security Filing (ISF), Cargo Receipt (GR), and other shipment milestones in VMS.
• Scan, file, and upload required export documents.
• Facilitate billing to clients and process payments to carriers.
