Job Description

                    Coordination with warehouse/co-loaders, transport, and carriers. 
File opening 
Sending booking requests to the carrier (this carrier was previously identified or the carriers we do repetitive bookings with). 
Reviewing booking confirmation and sending booking confirmation to customer* (agent or shipper). 
Lodge export declaration 
Sending cartage advice to transport/warehouse/shipper. 
Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior to cut-off. 
Generate House Bill (send to agent/shipper for approval). 
Send draft MBL to the customer (agent or shipper) before submitting to carrier. 
Process VGM and send MBL instructions to the carrier prior to the cut-off. 
Review draft MBL from Carrier and send to agent or Shipper for approval. 
Review the final BL issued by carrier and enter carrier/co-loader costs into the Billing tab. 
Raise Invoice
