Export Shipping Officer

As a forwarder logistic company, we look for candidate to deal with customer for export matters.

Salary: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month (we provide overtime claim up to 1.5x, 2.0x)

Monday – Friday (8.30am-5.30pm), Saturday (8.30am – 1.00pm)

We provide: Epf, Perkeso, MC, AL, Allowance, Alternative Saturday, Annual Review and etc

Responsibilities:-

• Liaise with customers on export shipping documents and provide shipment tracking updates.
• Monitor and arrange the delivery of cargo within the specified or requested timeframe.
• Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure proper documentation and shipment arrangements, and promptly report any irregularities.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or inquiries via email or phone in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with shipping and warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
