Responsibilities

• Distribution activities are aligned in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g.GCS departments WAG, CSPM Demand and Supply Planners USA, freight forwarders, etc.).


• Coordination, organization and controlling of temperature-controlled air and ground transportation of national and international shipments.


• Preparation of shipping documents for export and import to the destination country in accordance with the Global Trade Compliance Standard / Good Distribution Practice (Proforma Invoice, packing lists, dangerous goods declaration, issuing Certificates of Origin, etc.).


• Performs customs declarations through Passar (Expovit) system.
