• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
• Assist customers in navigating the online ticketing platform and resolving any technical difficulties.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
• Protect sensitive customer information by following established protocols and guidelines.
