Express Service Development Asst. Manager - Forwarding

Job Description

- Deepening understanding of account management in the company and providing solutions that meet the needs of the client’s supply chain, specifically focusing on small parcel delivery.
- Conducting market research/business intelligence to support the team with clear and efficient sales targets to attack.
- Assembling solutions not limited to Forwarding but also Logistics (including last-mile and small-parcel handling), then proposing them to clients.
- Making sure each account's potential is realized and appropriately managing the stages of both own and Team's Sales Force.
- Creating own forecasts according to the plan. If there are gaps, developing and implementing actions to fill those gaps promptly.
- Educating team members to become solution human resources capable of selling small parcel services.
- Other tasks as assigned.
