What is the program

The Local Government Traineeship Pilot Program is a collaboration between GTNT Group, LGANT, ISACNT and Northern Territory Government.

The aim of the Local Government Traineeship Pilot Program is to create quality employment and training opportunities for Territorians by offering a sustainable employment pathway whilst addressing the recognised skills and labour shortage in the local regions.
