EXTERIOR FINISHING TECHNICIAN – SUNROOMS & PATIO ENCLOSURES

Solarium Solpro Ltd. is a designer, manufacturer, and installer of sunrooms and patio enclosures serving the Greater Montreal area.

We are currently seeking an Exterior Finishing Technician to complete finishing work after our sunrooms have been installed. This position allows our installation crews to move quickly to the next project while ensuring a high-quality finished product for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install flashing and perform waterproofing work.
• Apply caulking and complete final adjustments.
• Communicate progress and job status with the office.
• Maintain a clean, safe work vehicle and job site.

Requirements

• Experience in residential construction, roofing, exterior siding, or renovation work.
• Good knowledge of waterproofing and flashing installation...
