To manage external communications with external stakeholders in order to maintain and improve good corporate image & reputation for supporting XL's business success 
Job Accountabilities : 
Develop external communication strategy for all relevant stakeholders
Establish overall external strategy for risk reduction/damage control of corporate image
Develop external communications and announcements plan
Execute the external corp. communication and relationship activities (eg. corporate events, media update, press conference, company anniversary, product launch, signing ceremony, etc) 
Develop and ensure overall execution of external communications are timely, accurate and effective (e.g., FAQ's, press release, CEO messages, messages on company...
