External Compliance Officer (FSCA Approved – Cat I & II)

A well-established compliance practice is seeking a certified External Compliance Officer to manage a portfolio of financial services and crypto/fintech clients.
This is an outsourced role (not in-house), focused on FAIS/FICA monitoring, regulatory advisory, client visits, policy drafting, training, and FSCA reporting.
Requirements
FSCA approved Compliance Officer
Approved for FAIS Category I & II
Recognised compliance qualification (CISA or equivalent)
RE1 (RE5 advantageous)
3–5+ years' financial services compliance experience
Strong FAIS, FICA, AML/CFT knowledge
Valid driver's licence (client travel required)
Exposure to crypto / digital asset / fintech regulation is highly advantageous.
Laptop, phone, Wi-Fi provided
Petrol for client travel
Commission on new client introductions
