• Ensure all equipment are up to company standard
• Weekly checks on services conducted
• Inspect routine service done at site
• Attend monthly/weekly meeting
• Identify potential new product and services
• Attend to AD-HOC tickets where required
• Follow up on customer queries
• MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
