Project Management – Co-manufacturing

• Introduction calls with potential customers: Leclerc presentation, evaluation of the business potential
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and create new relationships with new partners. Weekly follow up calls to either host or participate in.
• Perform a feasibility evaluation, determine which one of our production lines would be best suited and enter a project to be reviewed by functional team
• Project kick off and coordination: Definition of goals and objectives, timeline, communication and coordination with multiple Leclerc departments
• Manufacturing fee determination: Be able to identify the risks and uncertainties when submitting a quote and outline the specific conditions to the customer
• Work with engineering and external suppliers to determine the capital expenses attributed to a new project
