External Relations Specialist – Government, Policy & Partnerships

Paragon's external relationships are built on trust. In this role, you will shape how Indonesia's largest domestic cosmetics company engages with government, regulators, partners, and communities — turning strategic relationships into real outcomes for the business and the people it serves.

What You Will Do:

• Map and cultivate strategic partnerships with government ministries, BUMN, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and community stakeholders at both national and local levels
• Monitor the regulatory and policy landscape, delivering timely executive-level analysis, position papers, and early-warning briefs on emerging risks and opportunities
• Develop and manage formal partnership agreements (MoU/MoA-level) that create genuine, measurable value — not just ceremonial commitments
