Duties & Responsibilities
Service new and existing customers/accounts to secure orders and establish new accounts.
Plan and organize daily work schedules for company products.
Prepare tailored sales presentations based on customer types and product portfolio.
Focus sales efforts by analyzing customer potential and buying power in the area.
Submit orders using price lists, product literature, and sales guides.
Keep management updated with activity reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence on pricing, products, and techniques.
Resolve customer complaints by reporting issues and recommending solutions.
Maintain knowledge through training, workshops, and professional development.
Manage client accounts, ensure good standing, and attend weekly sales meetings.
