Extrusion Engineer: Process Innovator for Sealing Strips

Cooper Standard is looking for a professional to ensure smooth production processes in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. Responsibilities include process verification, troubleshooting new projects, and optimizing production lines related to EPDM/TPV sealing strip extrusion.

The ideal candidate will work closely with system engineers and manage the daily operations of the production line while also supervising and training direct workers. This on-site position involves extended working hours as needed.
