EY NextGen Women Competition (Rolling Intake)

Overview

Fast forward your career in EY-Parthenon. Fast forward your career with EY NextGen Women – a global competition for women with the potential to have a fulfilling career in EY-Parthenon.

This three-stage competition provides you an opportunity to tackle interesting transaction case studies, networking with EY and industry professionals, a chance to win a paid internship and to represent Oceania in the 2026 competition at the Global Final later this year.

Eligibility

The competition is open to all female identifying students who are a New Zealand or Australian citizen, or Australian or New Zealand permanent resident or meet the international student criteria found on our website. The competition is open to international students. Entrants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree at a New Zealand university and due to complete their studies between 2027 and 2029.
