Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Eye Care Specialist for owndays to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, and help achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and sell products/services to meet sales goals
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
• Process transactions and handle cash or POS systems
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs
• Support daily store operations as assigned

• Senior High school diploma or equivalent (college level is an advantage)
