Eyelash Trainer / Senior Lash Technician

The Eyelash Trainer / Senior Lash Technician is responsible for conducting training programs for new and existing lash technicians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to company standards. This role also involves performing advanced eyelash services, supporting store operations during peak times, and helping improve overall service performance through skill development and continuous learning initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:



Training and Development



Conduct initial and refresher training sessions for Eyelash Technicians, covering lash extension application, lash lift, tint, aftercare, hygiene, and customer service.

Develop and update training modules, manuals, and assessment checklists aligned with the company’s service protocols.

Evaluate trainees’ technical and soft skills performance during and after training.
