• Reports to: Director of Early Years School
• Time Commitment: Full-time

Responsibilities

Pedagogical Support in the Classroom

• Co‑facilitation of learning under the guidance of the Lead Teacher, assisting instruction and pedagogical mediation with students individually, in small groups, or during whole‑group management.
• Active educational support: prepare materials, organize the classroom, and collaborate closely in monitoring student progress.
• Inclusion and diversity: support children with diverse learning needs and/or special educational needs, applying inclusion and differentiation strategies.
• Outdoor education: participate in outdoor learning environments, using nature to enhance exploration, well‑being, and early childhood learning.
