Job Description
This position supports PACAF's SIP program and is responsible for all aspects of Performance Work Statement-specified academic and simulator training of F-16 Block 40 pilots. We have two OCONUS openings in - Kunsan AB, South Korea - both paying $10K sign-on bonus. We welcome referrals, paying external referrals $5K each; internal employees will receive $10K referral, once the new hire is onboard 90 days, per our company policy.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conducting academic training including Cockpit/Crew Resource Management (CRM), Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), Theater Indoctrination (TI), Local Area Orientation (LAO), Mission Qualification (MQT) and Upgrade Training.
+ Conducting simulator (Mission Training Center) training in support of PACAF pilot training: provide: (1) Basic MTC console operation; (2) MTC console operation while providing instruction; and (3) Direct/support instruction (i.e. “over the shoulder” or while flying the MTC).
