What Will You Do?

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Tune KLIA, you will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be hands-on, actively involved in daily operations, and responsible for leading a high-performing F&B team in a fast-paced airport hotel environment. Your main responsibilities include:

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring they are delivered within budget and in line with the hotel’s service standards
• Maintain excellent levels of service for both internal and external guests
• Develop innovative and appealing menus, manage purchasing, and continuously improve offerings
• Proactively identify guest needs and address feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team through recruitment, training, performance management, and coaching
