Job Description
Our motor dealer client based in Edenvale is looking to employ an experienced F & I ADMIN CLERK.
PS: Must have minimum 2 years' experience in the automotive industry.
Main Purpose Of Job To ensure the correct processing of vehicle sales and monitoring of stocked vehicles. Limits Of Authority Capital expenditure: No purchasing authority. Main Job Functions Pre- Owned Admin Stock Book Control. Recording stock in stock book and allocating a number to the stock. Capturing stock into computer system. Raising purchase orders. Correct allocation of orders raised and timely follow up to ensure no orders outstanding for any unreasonable time. Vehicle Invoicing – raising invoices for vehicles sold. Ensure all costs are captured onto vehicles before invoicing. Ensuring complete deal files are collated to assist in costing and invoicing deals. Management of deal files.
