Role Overview

GROOVY is building full control over its jersey fabric supply chain. We are looking for a
Jersey R&D & Supply Chain Manager
who can manage the process
end-to-end
— from
yarn sourcing
to
knitting
,
dyeing
,
finishing
, and
final fabric approval
.

This role is responsible for
fabric quality, consistency, cost control, and development of new jersey materials
aligned with GROOVY's product roadmap.

This is a
hands-on, execution-driven role
requiring strong on-ground coordination with mills, knitters, and dye houses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Yarn Sourcing & Procurement

• Source and evaluate yarn suppliers (cotton, blended, recycled, specialty yarns).
• Manage yarn specifications: count, ply, twist, fiber composition.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times.
• Plan yarn procurement aligned with production calendars.
