Role Overview
We are hiring a Fabric Incharge for one of our clients who will lead and manage the entire fabric department for women's apparel production, ensuring timely availability of fabrics, compliance with Company's quality standards, and optimal inventory control. This role requires strong leadership, cross functional coordination, and hands-on oversight of fabric inspection, inventory, and operational teams to support smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete fabric department, including the fabric inspection team, data entry operators, and supporting labor staff.
Source and procure fabrics in line with seasonal collections, design specifications, and production requirements.
