Fabrication Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate fabrics (knit, fleece, and other materials) before production.
• Check dye quality, color matching, and shade consistency according to approved samples.
• Ensure fabric quality meets required standards for T-shirts, and other apparel items.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding fabric specifications and quality issues.
• Approve fabric and bulk fabric prior to production cutting.
• Work with the production and quality teams to ensure the right fabric is used for the right product.
• Guide suppliers on required fabric standards and improvements where necessary.
• Continuous Audit of fabric checks during production to ensure ongoing quality compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fabric inspection, textile quality control, or a similar role.
