Fabrication Helper

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fabrication Helper to assist skilled fabricators in the production, assembly, and finishing of metal or structural components.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Support welding and fabrication tasks
• Follow safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous shop, construction, or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to read basic measurements and use hand tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Skills & Qualifications
