Fabrication Lead - Electrical

PRICE ELECTRIC is hiring an Electrical Fabrication Lead to support our production team through hands-on electrical assembly work while providing daily guidance to other assemblers. This role combines technical craftsmanship with leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do:


+ Follow and enforce all safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company/customer procedures

+ Actively participate in daily huddles and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)

+ Perform hands-on electrical assembly and fabrication based on work orders, drawings, and specifications

+ Provide daily coordination and on-the-job guidance to assemblers while working alongside the team

+ Conduct inspections, assessments, and reporting; review drawings and schedules to identify risks and improvement opportunities
