Fabrication Technician

Role Purpose:
Carry out fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and related products as per approved shop drawings and instructions. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards while maintaining safety and efficiency in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate aluminium profiles, sashes, frames, and accessories as per cutting lists and instructions
Operate machinery (cutting, milling, punching, crimping) safely and correctly
Follow the Fabrication Quality Checklist during all operations
Handle aluminium profiles, glass, and accessories carefully to avoid damage
Take care of tools and machinery assigned for use, ensuring they are kept clean and in proper working order
Report immediately to the Team Leader any tool/machine malfunctions, damages, or safety concerns
Report any material defects or shortages to the Team Leader
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
