About the Role

We are part of the Panda Recycling Group and a leading waste management company providing integrated collection and recycling services to a wide range of businesses and local authorities.

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator–Welder to join our Fabrications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and refurbishing waste containers to a high standard, ensuring all work reflects the quality and professionalism expected by our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out welding, grinding, cutting, burning, and general fabrication duties as assigned by the Fabrications/Maintenance Manager
• Repair and maintain waste containers, ensuring they are fully functional, safe, and presentable for customer use
• Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment to a high standard, promptly reporting defects
