Fabricators (Shipbuilding| Aluminum)

The Fabricator is responsible for cutting, fitting, assembling, welding, and finishing metal parts used in building aluminum vessels. You will read drawings, prepare materials, operate workshop machines, and make sure parts meet quality and safety standards.

This role fits candidates with shipyard or heavy fabrication experience who are comfortable working in a structured production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Cut, shape, drill, grind, and fit steel and aluminum parts
• Perform basic welding and fitting as required
• Assemble parts and structures for vessel construction
• Check finished parts for accuracy, quality, and finish
• Operate workshop machines and hand tools safely
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety rules
• Coordinate with welders, team leaders, and production staff
