Facade Designer

The function of the Designer is to design innovative facade solutions for various building projects, ensuring that they are functional, aesthetic, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. The Facade Designer will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create designs that enhance the overall building performance and appearance. Considering all HS&E aspects by developing the façade system to avoid any human damage in following process such as production and installation.

Duties:

• Analyze the technical specifications and the project scope of work
• Develop and design the shop drawings, fabrication and installation drawings to meet the project requirement / specification
• Ensure facade designs meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents related to facade systems.
