Facade Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Facade Design:
  Drive the conceptualisation, detailed design, and development of robust building facade systems (e.g., curtain wall, window wall, cladding, glass).
• Australian Compliance:
  Ensure all design outputs and documentation strictly adhere to relevant
  Australian Standards
  (AS/NZS), building codes (NCC), and industry best practices.
• Engineering Analysis:
  Conduct necessary engineering calculations and analysis (e.g., structural, thermal, and condensation risk analysis) for facade systems using required software.
• Documentation & Quality:
  Prepare and review comprehensive engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, maintaining high technical quality.
• Remote Collaboration:
  Maintain proactive, effective, and timely communication with Australian staff and project teams to ensure alignment on design intent and project milestones.
