Faceless YouTube Video Editor

We're hiring a Video Editor for faceless long-form YouTube content (8–20 minutes) for consistent, long-term work.

This role is for editors who understand retention, pacing, and storytelling — not just cuts and effects. If you know why some faceless videos grow fast while others stall, you'll fit well here.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form faceless YouTube videos using voiceover + visuals
• Maintain strong pacing and viewer retention throughout the video
• Use stock footage, images, screen recordings, and basic motion graphics
• Follow editing guidelines and keep style consistent
• Communicate clearly and hit deadlines reliably

Requirements

• Experience with faceless long-form YouTube editing
• Strong understanding of audience retention
