Facilitator Assistant

Facilitator Assistant required for well-established Engineering Client based in Boksburg, East Rand.  Candidates need to hold a Red Seal Mechanical Fitter qualification combined with Facilitator and Assessor certifications.  The Candidate will be supporting apprentice technical training process and/or operations, providing hands-on assistance with mechanical and welding equipment, training, fault finding and assisting with technical support and related documentation.  This is a contract position.

Facilitate training on workshop equipment and in the classroom:

• Provide direct technical training assistance on mechanical and welding equipment, including but not limited to pneumatic and hydraulic systems in a controlled environment.


• Presentation delivery on training module for each phase.


• Prepare learner progress reports.


• Setup and prepare module test sessions.
