Facilitator

The Facilitator is responsible for guiding individuals or groups through structured sessions, workshops, or training programs to achieve defined learning or project outcomes. This role ensures active participation, effective communication, and a productive environment that supports collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, facilitation, teaching, or group coordination.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidence in public speaking.
